We present to you the project of a new houseboat with dimensions of 9.3x3m intended for living and recreation. The dimensions of the houseboat are suitable for living and at the same time for sailing, or for possible transport by road. We can adjust these dimensions according to your requirements. Conceptually, the houseboat is designed as a single hull with a pontoon-shaped float, which is made of high-quality corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, reinforced with profiles. The floats are divided into 4 waterproof sections, the deck of the vessel is almost flush, with a large underdeck, where there is space for storing things, supplies, technology, etc. The price includes an outer deck made of red spruce, while it is possible to replace the deck with thermowood or high-quality exotic wood. The superstructure is made of sandwich cladding with 80mm thick PUR / PIR insulation (pur 80mm insulation is like 160mm insulating mineral wool), windows / doors are plastic made of insulating double glass, the interior cladding is made of large-area L-DTD laminate boards except for places where furniture is located, a smooth sandwich panel in white is used on the ceiling. The interior floor is made of laminate parquet except for bathrooms, where there are water-resistant vinyl parquet. In the front part of the houseboat there is a spacious living room of 8m2 with large balcony doors for better contact with the surrounding environment. In the middle part there is a kitchenette with sanitary facilities (option), in the back part there is a bedroom of 5.5m2 with a 2×1.6m raised bed with storage space, or a chest of drawers (option). The 1.4m wide kitchen (optional) is designed with an induction cooker, refrigerator, sink, upper cabinets, a 90cm shower box in the bathroom, a sink with a cabinet, an electric or gas boiler, a standard / ship’s / chemical toilet (optional). There are deck exterior accesses to separate bulkheads in the front and rear. In the rear, it is possible to place a propane-butane bottle, a PHM tank (optional), install an outboard motor up to 70 hp, or rear bathing platforms (optional). A control console and control mechanisms must be ordered for the motor houseboat. To use the roof, it is possible to install stairs to the upper sun deck or a ladder (optional). Since the houseboat can be individually built, the standard equipment also includes electrical wiring – cabling, and other necessary systems are installed depending on the purpose of the vessel. Photovoltaics can be ordered for basic lighting power or for a stronger consumption. Houseboat systems can be ordered for autonomous year-round use using a combination of photovoltaics, LPG, heating or diesel heating. Depending on the use, it is possible to install tanks for drinking water or sewage water up to a volume of 2m3, which can be pumped from the shore as needed. For the comfort of the crew, curtains, nets, blinds, fireplace stoves or other equipment can be ordered. For more permanent mooring, we offer a remote-controlled folding bridge or anchor rods as an additional order.
The houseboat is suitable for navigation on inland waterways of classes 3 and 4, alternatively for coastal navigation, CE category D.
