Houseboat Jarovce curvature 15.3 x 13.9m

The houseboat measuring 15.3 x 13.9 m, intended for living and recreation, consists of a steel pontoon and a superstructure measuring 11.39 x 9.17 m. When building this houseboat, we first reconstructed and expanded the existing pontoon. Then we reinforced the existing superstructure skeleton. The superstructure itself consists of a sandwich PUR panel on the outside and plasterboard on the inside. For better thermal insulation, the interior walls and ceiling were insulated with sprayed PUR foam, which increases the thermal comfort of living. The ceilings of the houseboat were fitted with boards made of Tatra profile, which gives the interior a natural look. Exotic wood, Angelim Amargoso, was used for the deck boards of the outdoor terrace, which is better resistant to weather influences. We handled the entire project comprehensively, from the reconstruction of the existing structure, the construction of external and internal partitions of the superstructure, the installation of windows and doors, including electrical and plumbing installations, underfloor heating, air conditioning, an external deck, and the preparation of project documentation.
